Celebrating national poetry month, Downtown Courtenay is putting together the 3rd Annual Poetry Walk!

The League of Canadian Poets has chosen Family as 2025’s theme, as such we have 25 businesses that will have Family themed poems painted on on their windows for you to enjoy.

Enjoy the work of 25 local poets, hand painted on shop windows by local artist Kelly Everill throughout 4th, 5th and 6th Streets, as well as Cliffe Ave and Duncan Ave.

This year we have included Poem Palooza on April 5th, taking place at the Courtenay Library, and Pop-Up Poetry at Gladstone Brewing on April 12th!
