The Role

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of the store. You help customers feel welcome, guide them through the space, and turn curiosity into meaningful purchases.  This is not a passive retail role-we’re looking for someone who can confidently engage, make suggestions, and help customers find pieces they truly love.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage customers
• Offer thoughtful product suggestions and styling ideas
• Maintain beautiful, organized displays and restock as needed
• Process transactions accurately using POS
• Support receiving, pricing and merchandising new product
• Keep the store clean, calm, and inviting

Who You Are

• Naturally friendly and comfortable talking to people
• Have an eye for aesthetics-appreciate design, fine craft and presentation
• Enjoy storytelling around products (where it’s from, why it’s special)
• Self-motivated and able to stay engaged during quieter periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
• Retail experience is an asset

Retail experience is an asset, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail are just as important.
