We are sad to announce the cancelation of this year’s Halloween Parade & Party. We know it is a fun tradition and we will definitely miss seeing all of the amazing costumes and friendly smiles. That said, in the spirit of keeping our community safe Downtown Courtenay will be following the recommendations of the Provincial and Local Health Officer’s Orders to maintain physical distance and limit crowds.

Crafts for Treats will be happening! So, if you are downtown stop by the Vancouver Island Regional Library and pick up a bag of crafts to take home.
